Designed for light to medium duty home, home office or desktop use, the Fellowes Model TB 250 binds documents from 1 to about 250 sheets of 20lb paper. Rapid 30-second binding cycle with a 3-minute heat-up time. A green light indicates when the machine is ready to use and the heat cycle begins once the document is loaded. Ready-beep sounds when binding cycle is complete. Includes adjustable cooling rack and internal clamps to hold documents in place during binding process. Magnifier helps select correct cover spine width. Auto shut-off safety feature prevents overheating. Thermal bound documents lie flat for optimal storage.

This machine is best suited for those who expect limited use primarily for documents under 100 sheets. Because the machine has a very short time cycle, multiple copies or larger documents over 1/4 inch thick require one to hover over the machine and run a quick 2nd cycle. This can be annoying if you are in a busy office but works OK if you have time and a modest budget. For more professional use we recommend upgrading to the Fellowes TB450 or the ThermoBind 500 both of which have selectable time cycles thta make it easier to work with larger documents, multiple documents, hard covers and photobooks.
