10 Navy Leatherette Hardcover Thermal Binding Covers

 

These are Hardcover thermal Binding covers, in a Dark Navy Leatherette with white liners.

 

They come as Stock as 10 6mm (1/4") spine covers or we can crimp them down to 3mm or 4mm. I have not listed the manufacturer because a minimum advertised price agreement prohibits my doing so. Capacity is 8 to 10 sheets of 20lb paper per mm.

 

To be accurate, please measure the thickness of the contents you plan to bind. Under 3/8" will still work. These hardcovers do not require crimping, but you can crimp if the spine size is bigger than you need.

 

When using these covers in Bindit, Covermate, Perfect Bind, Fellowes, Attalus, or Coverbind thermal binders you must place an insulating strip of 80lb card stock or 5 to 7 strips of 20lb paper under the spine to avoid excessive heat for this brand. It will work fine in the Thermobind 500, our modified Covermate 550's and all Unibind machines. Like other thermal binding products, one can easily reheat the report and when warm, edit the contents by removing and replacing pages.
