Teflon Adapter for Helios 30 Thermal Binding Machines

Thermobind is Unibind’s largest volume Internet dealer and offers the full range of hardcover and soft cover products. Because Unibind products are designed to work at a much lower operating temperature than most thermal binders, the Fellowes machines will melt the vinyl off the backs of the covers.

 

Up until now, Fellowes users either avoided Unibind products or have had to make their own insulators , taking care not to do anything to damage the electronics in the binder. Our non-conductive, Teflon coated, knurled fiberglass adaptors, provide just the right amount of insulation to make your Fellowes machine compatible with Unibind Products.

 

Adapters will fit inside the heating tray of your Fellowes machine.

The adapters are $8.95 for the Helios 30 or TB250 with free 1st class mail shipping within the US

 

Now you can produce photo-albums, and hard cover books in sizes from 4”X6” to 11” X 17”. Using the Unbind Steelbacks you can print your own soft covers and bind them with your contents in either portrait or landscape orientation. ( 11” spines or 8 ½” spines) Simply remove the adapter when using non-Unibind Products.
